I eat plain oatmeal with blueberries every day and BOY am I regular!
It's been my breakfast of choice lately but now I feel proud to know that I am part of a national movement.
by the way...if anyone wants to try my favorite oatmeal recipe it is:
1 bowl plain oatmeal
1 spoonful natural peanut butter
and a few squeezes of Agave Nectar(sweetener made from cactus)
IT is a party in your mouth and it is very filling!
