Six Random Facts about Anna:
1. I played bass guitar in a metal band in high school. No..I was not good. I had just got a bass guitar for Christmas and some of my guy friends thought it would be a cool image to have a girl in the band. Not to say that "metal" was my favorite type of music at all... I thought it would be fun to be in a band with friends, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to learn how to play. My head banging ended when my mom went to a concert and was appalled by all of the moshing. I was mad at the time, but now grateful because I think deep down I didn't really want to be in the band anymore. Plus...I thought the name of the band was lame, and the guys wouldn't change it for me.

4.I may not remember simple trivia answers, but I can remember what I wore on a certain day 1-3-5 years ago. In some cases, 18 years ago!

6. My goal in life used to be to make myself laugh. This is still a goal for me, but not to the same extent. My friend Val joined me on this mission. Once we tied tumbleweeds to our legs and ran all the way home from the gas station (a busy intersection) pretending they were chasing us. Sometimes we wore Arabic robes to school, and other times we danced on top of the van with flour all over our faces listening to loud Mexican music. I don't think anyone thought we were as funny as we thought we were.... but at least we had something to laugh about all day and for the rest of our lives. (There are many more stories)

i loved seeing old pictures of my buddy! you should write more about your life- definitely worth reading and so funny- i was always amazed by you and val!

Dont worry, if you didnt make yourself laugh you sure made me!! I laughed so loud when I read the tumble weed thing. The van was just as hilarious. Did your band play at Jerry's pizza? I can see a mom not liking that scene.
